Hi everyone I'm Javiera Rozas Ibáñez, I was born in Santiago of Chile and I have lived all my life in the commune of maipú.

 Here started my student process in the school "Los Bosquinos" where I met my current friends. Then I went to my second school in the eighth grade and finally I went to another school "Carmela Carvajal" where I finished my student process. In the actually I study food engineering in the University of Chile and as days go by I'm a little more happy for take thats desicion. 

If I need to say something about my family it is that they are really good persons and I love them with all my heart, I love that they are always here for me, for any reason and that they always support me. I also love that the rest of my family is very close and good at celebrating anything. By the way I live with my parents, my old sister and mi little brother.

If we talk abouts the pandemic times I don't sure know what's is my favorite hobby, because it is no many things to do, but I really enjoy watch a movie, talk with my friends and my family, spending time with my boyfriend and I don't know, everything that includes the people I love.
What if I know about this times is that in many occasions I feel more discouraged and sad, but I look forward to it ending soon.

Hmmm what else can I tell about myself? I have a really cute dog, here name is Sasha and she have 13 years but she is so small, she is the daughter of a saint bernard. 
At some poin in my life I would like to travel an meet many countries, I would also live outside of Chile, I don't think I will miss anyone here.

So that's all the info about me for the moment, I hope to know more about you soon

    Hello javiera, I think that with all the love you have for the people around you, I doubt that you will not miss anyone if you go to live in another country, or am I wrong?

    Hello Javiera!!, I love that there are still people who really enjoy being with their families, it is really gratifying to meet people like this <3.
    That's why it surprises me that you mention that you won't miss anyone when you leave outside of Chile, it's a lie, right? hahah.
    I was very funny that you said that your dog Sasha is the daughter of a Saint Bernard, you are really funny!!

My favorite food

My favorite food is what my mom makes, and I don't say it because she's my mom, she really cooks delicious and everyone says so. My favorite dish since I was little is called Italian squash with rice and fries . Its preparation is as follows, first you have to chop the onion into small cubes and put it to cook with a little water then, when the onion is not yet fully cooked, add the ground meat and seasonings to taste, after this we add the Italian squash peeled and cut into cubes to finally add a little more water, not too much. On the other hand you have to soak bread in the milk, we will add this when the zucchini are already cooked, in addition to this we will add cheese, butter and an egg, then you just have to revolver strong and it's ready, rice and French fries are prepared in the normal way so no need to explain.  It really is delicious and it is my favorite dish of all my life, I like it a lot because I feel that combining the Italian squash with the rice produces

My future job!

 I would like to work in a high quality food company, first because I think it is important to give the best possible product to the consumer, I would like to work in the development of new products or in quality control, I imagine it very challenging and somewhat futuristic since I believe that new ways of producing food can be created and that are environmentally friendly, that would be the maximum, This work cannot be carried out outdoors since it is necessary to comply with food safety.  I would LOVE to be able to travel around the world and continue doing my job, I think it would be a dream that a new product reaches all parts of the world, because there is something better than traveling and seeing new places and doing what you like? I do not think so . Regarding salary, I don't think I can say much yet, obviously I hope it is something in line with what is expected of a food engineer, but I could not give an exact figure since the value of money changes over time hahaha.  As

My favorite subject

 My favorite subject this semester is communication in food science and technology.  It is a subject focused clearly on seeing topics according to the career, we read and analyze scientific papers in which we describe its content dividing it into sections, we are carrying out a project that consists of making a portfolio with several papers related to a specific topic, In my case, with my group of colleagues we are investigating Size-dependent enhancement in salt perception: Spraying approaches to reduce sodium content in foods I like this branch because I consider that we investigate important topics of our interest and apart we read about studies on how to improve our health based on these In terms of content, we do not have specific subtopics.
