Postgraduate Studies

Hello, as i said before I study food engineering, so, after finishing my studies, I would like to complete a master's degree in quality and food safety. I think it is important to be in constant improvement in relation to studies, I think it is a very good opportunity that allows you to progress and stand out, one of the courses that most attracts my attention in this magister is microbiology, hygiene and food safety, it sounds interesting and very challenging to me.
I would like to continue with this master's degree at the same university where I am studying, although I do not deny that I would be very happy if I could do it abroad or in an exchange, although I really do not know how this works, what I do know and consider very important is that the classes on this, for me, must be totally face-to-face, since it is very difficult for me to concentrate at home, since personally I do not have my own study place and with any noise I lose focus.
I would also like to do a doctorate in nutrition and food, although I think it is to be sooo ambitious but hey, it doesn't hurt to try.

My favorite food

My favorite food is what my mom makes, and I don't say it because she's my mom, she really cooks delicious and everyone says so. My favorite dish since I was little is called Italian squash with rice and fries . Its preparation is as follows, first you have to chop the onion into small cubes and put it to cook with a little water then, when the onion is not yet fully cooked, add the ground meat and seasonings to taste, after this we add the Italian squash peeled and cut into cubes to finally add a little more water, not too much. On the other hand you have to soak bread in the milk, we will add this when the zucchini are already cooked, in addition to this we will add cheese, butter and an egg, then you just have to revolver strong and it's ready, rice and French fries are prepared in the normal way so no need to explain.  It really is delicious and it is my favorite dish of all my life, I like it a lot because I feel that combining the Italian squash with the rice produces

My future job!

 I would like to work in a high quality food company, first because I think it is important to give the best possible product to the consumer, I would like to work in the development of new products or in quality control, I imagine it very challenging and somewhat futuristic since I believe that new ways of producing food can be created and that are environmentally friendly, that would be the maximum, This work cannot be carried out outdoors since it is necessary to comply with food safety.  I would LOVE to be able to travel around the world and continue doing my job, I think it would be a dream that a new product reaches all parts of the world, because there is something better than traveling and seeing new places and doing what you like? I do not think so . Regarding salary, I don't think I can say much yet, obviously I hope it is something in line with what is expected of a food engineer, but I could not give an exact figure since the value of money changes over time hahaha.  As

My favorite subject

 My favorite subject this semester is communication in food science and technology.  It is a subject focused clearly on seeing topics according to the career, we read and analyze scientific papers in which we describe its content dividing it into sections, we are carrying out a project that consists of making a portfolio with several papers related to a specific topic, In my case, with my group of colleagues we are investigating Size-dependent enhancement in salt perception: Spraying approaches to reduce sodium content in foods I like this branch because I consider that we investigate important topics of our interest and apart we read about studies on how to improve our health based on these In terms of content, we do not have specific subtopics.
