I guess since I think about traveling outside of Chile a specific place always comes to mind, is always the first option, and I hope one day to fulfill this dream of traveling. For some years now I have been thinking about traveling to New Zealand, it is a place that catches my attention, not only because it is a beautiful place, full of beautiful landscapes and different attractions ,it also has an excellent quality of life index something like 0.931 points according to the 2019 HDI, have one of the best health systems, in addition to an excellent education system. It is also said that this country is one of the safest to live. I would love to finish my degree and do my best to start a life there, I have always wanted to live outside of Chile, so at some point in my life I would love to be able to practice my profession, work what I like and have a pleasant life here although I think that before living in this place it is nece...

 My favorite subject this semester is communication in food science and technology.  It is a subject focused clearly on seeing topics according to the career, we read and analyze scientific papers in which we describe its content dividing it into sections, we are carrying out a project that consists of making a portfolio with several papers related to a specific topic, In my case, with my group of colleagues we are investigating Size-dependent enhancement in salt perception: Spraying approaches to reduce sodium content in foods I like this branch because I consider that we investigate important topics of our interest and apart we read about studies on how to improve our health based on these In terms of content, we do not have specific subtopics. In addition to researching these topics, we made presentations to our classmates, with the intention of making known as much information as possible, in this way each group addresses a specific topic and we all learn from these topics...

 My favorite website is the pague of the chilean college of food engineers and this is the link https://www.ciach.cl/ I think it is a very interesting and complete site, here we can find the history of the institution, tuition fees, benefits, job offers and internships and relevant news. I like to visit this page at least once a week, it is important to keep updated whit the latest news and innovations.  Another site that I really like to visit is the institute of nutrition and food technology (inta in spanish) https://inta.cl/ , is a site that is constantly making interesting publications based on different food products, as advances in the management of celiac disease due to the consumption of gluten!   He is my younger brother, his name is Carlos but we all call him Carlitos. This photo is from 2008, he was only four months old. I remember that in this photo we were meeting at the house of my mother's best friend, she was the one who took this photo, her name is Mylena and I love her as if she were my second mother! I think this photo is my favorite because my brother is very happy, and it reflects the happiness that we all felt to have him in our life, apart from that he looks very cute and cuddly ahaha. Today my brother is already a teenager, he is twelve years old and he is totally changed and big I think it is incredible to witness how he grows more every day and how his voice changes although the latter is very funny!

 Hi everyone, I hope you are all very well, today I'm going to talk about my favorite food in the whole world. My favorite food is from Italy but some people say it is of Greek origin, I am not very sure abour where is from but this is not very important to me, for me the most important thing is the excellent taste. When i was teenager and i going to school, my mother used to sell this dish to some colleagues, and they all said it was the most delicious food the had ever tasted, when my mother sold this lunch she was doing very well. She made it by alternating layers of pasta whit layers of a secret mixture. I think it is not a difficult meal to prepare but it takes a long time to do, however it is totally worth wait. As a clue I can say that it is Garfield's favorite food.  So this is all, bye and see you soon!

 Hi everyone, today I'm going to talk about my favorite piece of technology. I got it in 2010 and it was a christmas present, I was very excited because I wanted it for a long time. I remember that I was bothering my parents all year, but not in a bad way, I just wanted to have this very much.  I use it mainly to distract myself or somentimes to throw a party. It is a very useful object, because you can inform yourself and also have fun, i love to use it every day. I think my life without this object would be a bit boring and sad because there is nothing better than dancing and singin with this! My object has three parts, the main one is the one that controls everything and makes sure it works, the other two take care of the volume So that's it, I hope you can guess what I'm talking about Greetings!

 Hi everyone, today I'm going to talk about why I study food engineering, but honestly I don't know how I chose this career.  One day in 2018 I was talking to an old friend from school, she told me that she was studying food engineering at the University of Santiago de Chile, as the conversation progressed, I was noticing how my interest increased according to what he told me, then the conversation ended and I didn't think about this again. When was it time to apply to college, I was not sure what career to study, all my teens i loved medicine or nursing and I really wanted to study something like this but then I remembered the career that I talked to my friend, check the curricular mesh and I decided that maybe it would be a good option to study this and here I am hahaha.
