My best holidays!

 My favorite holihays they were in feburary 2018, I traveled whit my whole family to the south of Chile, although my sister couldn't go this time for work so i guess its no my whole family in this trip however it was my cousins, uncles, grandmother and obviously my parents and my litlle brother.

This trip lasted two weeks and I visited many places, the most beautiful for me was Valdivia and obvious the beautiful landscapes of almost all the south, we went to the hot springs, to the lake, to take boat rides in addition to going to eat very rich and visit the most important places of each place we went, a place that I remember visiting was the "Fuerte Niebla" the views in this place are really beautiful, the sea looks amazing and imposing. 

An anecdote that happened on a visit to "Huilo Huilo" was that when we were ready to return my dad waited outside the car alone with the trunk open, when I approach him, I put my things away and closed it. I remember not a second passed when my dad asked me in anguish why it had closed. What happened was that my dad had opened the suitcase and LEFT THE KEYS INSIDE, so when I went out and closed the suitcase the whole car was locked. My mom and my aunt were furious because we did not have a spare key and we were trapped in the parking lot of the huilo huilo, eventually with the help of many people who were also there we were able to open the car (by force). I really had a lot of scare because I did not know how we would get out of there without the keys, then I could only laugh with my father because WHO HAS TO KEEP THE KEYS INSIDE THE SUITCASE!!!!!! 

Anyway, it was a very nice and fun trip!

My favorite food

My favorite food is what my mom makes, and I don't say it because she's my mom, she really cooks delicious and everyone says so. My favorite dish since I was little is called Italian squash with rice and fries . Its preparation is as follows, first you have to chop the onion into small cubes and put it to cook with a little water then, when the onion is not yet fully cooked, add the ground meat and seasonings to taste, after this we add the Italian squash peeled and cut into cubes to finally add a little more water, not too much. On the other hand you have to soak bread in the milk, we will add this when the zucchini are already cooked, in addition to this we will add cheese, butter and an egg, then you just have to revolver strong and it's ready, rice and French fries are prepared in the normal way so no need to explain.  It really is delicious and it is my favorite dish of all my life, I like it a lot because I feel that combining the Italian squash with the rice produces

My future job!

 I would like to work in a high quality food company, first because I think it is important to give the best possible product to the consumer, I would like to work in the development of new products or in quality control, I imagine it very challenging and somewhat futuristic since I believe that new ways of producing food can be created and that are environmentally friendly, that would be the maximum, This work cannot be carried out outdoors since it is necessary to comply with food safety.  I would LOVE to be able to travel around the world and continue doing my job, I think it would be a dream that a new product reaches all parts of the world, because there is something better than traveling and seeing new places and doing what you like? I do not think so . Regarding salary, I don't think I can say much yet, obviously I hope it is something in line with what is expected of a food engineer, but I could not give an exact figure since the value of money changes over time hahaha.  As

My favorite subject

 My favorite subject this semester is communication in food science and technology.  It is a subject focused clearly on seeing topics according to the career, we read and analyze scientific papers in which we describe its content dividing it into sections, we are carrying out a project that consists of making a portfolio with several papers related to a specific topic, In my case, with my group of colleagues we are investigating Size-dependent enhancement in salt perception: Spraying approaches to reduce sodium content in foods I like this branch because I consider that we investigate important topics of our interest and apart we read about studies on how to improve our health based on these In terms of content, we do not have specific subtopics. In addition to researching these topics, we made presentations to our classmates, with the intention of making known as much information as possible, in this way each group addresses a specific topic and we all learn from these topics, these p
