These are my favorite photos, they are from 2015 .
The first shows my family, who really are everything to me, no matter what, my parents and my brothers are part of me,I think they make me a better person and help me grow day by day. The day of the photo was my mother's birthday, I remember that we ate a lot, but really a lot, that day we ate a lot of sushi and rare dishes and then we ate other dishes but Chinese food, besides dessert XD that day we all went out rolling, but it was a nice moment, we are deliciously and we laughed as a family.
In the second photo I go out with my grandfather Miguel, He was one of the most important people in my life, they don't know how much I adored him, I was his protegee, his "little spider", he told me like this because when I was little I always climbed on all sides hahaha. I remember that this photo was at the beginning of 2015, then, only a few months later he passed away, He had been struggling with a horrible disease for many, many years, What always consoles me is knowing that he is finally resting and there is no more suffering in his body and that he left full of love.

My favorite food

My favorite food is what my mom makes, and I don't say it because she's my mom, she really cooks delicious and everyone says so. My favorite dish since I was little is called Italian squash with rice and fries . Its preparation is as follows, first you have to chop the onion into small cubes and put it to cook with a little water then, when the onion is not yet fully cooked, add the ground meat and seasonings to taste, after this we add the Italian squash peeled and cut into cubes to finally add a little more water, not too much. On the other hand you have to soak bread in the milk, we will add this when the zucchini are already cooked, in addition to this we will add cheese, butter and an egg, then you just have to revolver strong and it's ready, rice and French fries are prepared in the normal way so no need to explain.  It really is delicious and it is my favorite dish of all my life, I like it a lot because I feel that combining the Italian squash with the rice produces

My future job!

 I would like to work in a high quality food company, first because I think it is important to give the best possible product to the consumer, I would like to work in the development of new products or in quality control, I imagine it very challenging and somewhat futuristic since I believe that new ways of producing food can be created and that are environmentally friendly, that would be the maximum, This work cannot be carried out outdoors since it is necessary to comply with food safety.  I would LOVE to be able to travel around the world and continue doing my job, I think it would be a dream that a new product reaches all parts of the world, because there is something better than traveling and seeing new places and doing what you like? I do not think so . Regarding salary, I don't think I can say much yet, obviously I hope it is something in line with what is expected of a food engineer, but I could not give an exact figure since the value of money changes over time hahaha.  As

My favorite subject

 My favorite subject this semester is communication in food science and technology.  It is a subject focused clearly on seeing topics according to the career, we read and analyze scientific papers in which we describe its content dividing it into sections, we are carrying out a project that consists of making a portfolio with several papers related to a specific topic, In my case, with my group of colleagues we are investigating Size-dependent enhancement in salt perception: Spraying approaches to reduce sodium content in foods I like this branch because I consider that we investigate important topics of our interest and apart we read about studies on how to improve our health based on these In terms of content, we do not have specific subtopics.
