Summer Holidays

 I spent my last summer vacations on my grandmother's plot, I was there with my father's family, we enjoyed the sun and the pool as a family, besides that, I ate many delicious things that my mother prepared, from time to time we go to different places, we went to visit a beautiful lagoon, although later we lost ourselves back to the house, we also went for a walk through Pomaire, I had no memories of having gone but it was very beautiful and rustic, there we also ate very rich, I remember that we also went for a day walk to the beach, I would have liked it to be more days since the beach is my favorite place, but it couldn't. When the pandemic ends, if it ends, or simply when the issue of contagions is calmer, I would like to travel through the south of Chile or the north too, since I have never traveled to the north of Chile.
My ideal trip would be outside of Chile, to know Europe as much as possible, I would love to know every corner and every town if possible, this would be ideal for me since, as I said before, I would like to live outside Chile in the not too distant future. So if I had the opportunity to go out and meet before I go it would definitely be the best, for the holidays this year I have zero expectations really, since I have classes all January and also I must start with my work practice so I doubt that there will be much time to rest :(
So there is no other option that does not have vacations this year :(

My favorite food

My favorite food is what my mom makes, and I don't say it because she's my mom, she really cooks delicious and everyone says so. My favorite dish since I was little is called Italian squash with rice and fries . Its preparation is as follows, first you have to chop the onion into small cubes and put it to cook with a little water then, when the onion is not yet fully cooked, add the ground meat and seasonings to taste, after this we add the Italian squash peeled and cut into cubes to finally add a little more water, not too much. On the other hand you have to soak bread in the milk, we will add this when the zucchini are already cooked, in addition to this we will add cheese, butter and an egg, then you just have to revolver strong and it's ready, rice and French fries are prepared in the normal way so no need to explain.  It really is delicious and it is my favorite dish of all my life, I like it a lot because I feel that combining the Italian squash with the rice produces

My future job!

 I would like to work in a high quality food company, first because I think it is important to give the best possible product to the consumer, I would like to work in the development of new products or in quality control, I imagine it very challenging and somewhat futuristic since I believe that new ways of producing food can be created and that are environmentally friendly, that would be the maximum, This work cannot be carried out outdoors since it is necessary to comply with food safety.  I would LOVE to be able to travel around the world and continue doing my job, I think it would be a dream that a new product reaches all parts of the world, because there is something better than traveling and seeing new places and doing what you like? I do not think so . Regarding salary, I don't think I can say much yet, obviously I hope it is something in line with what is expected of a food engineer, but I could not give an exact figure since the value of money changes over time hahaha.  As

My favorite subject

 My favorite subject this semester is communication in food science and technology.  It is a subject focused clearly on seeing topics according to the career, we read and analyze scientific papers in which we describe its content dividing it into sections, we are carrying out a project that consists of making a portfolio with several papers related to a specific topic, In my case, with my group of colleagues we are investigating Size-dependent enhancement in salt perception: Spraying approaches to reduce sodium content in foods I like this branch because I consider that we investigate important topics of our interest and apart we read about studies on how to improve our health based on these In terms of content, we do not have specific subtopics.
