These are my favorite photos, they are from 2015 . The first shows my family, who really are everything to me, no matter what, my parents and my brothers are part of me,I think they make me a better person and help me grow day by day. The day of the photo was my mother's birthday, I remember that we ate a lot, but really a lot, that day we ate a lot of sushi and rare dishes and then we ate other dishes but Chinese food, besides dessert XD that day we all went out rolling, but it was a nice moment, we are deliciously and we laughed as a family. In the second photo I go out with my grandfather Miguel, He was one of the most important people in my life, they don't know how much I adored him, I was his protegee, his "little spider", he told me like this because when I was little I always climbed on all sides hahaha. Hello, as i said before I study food engineering, so, after finishing my studies, I would like to complete a master's degree in quality and food safety. I think it is important to be in constant improvement in relation to studies, I think it is a very good opportunity that allows you to progress and stand out, one of the courses that most attracts my attention in this magister is microbiology, hygiene and food safety, it sounds interesting and very challenging to me. I would like to continue with this master's degree at the same university where I am studying, although I do not deny that I would be very happy if I could do it abroad or in an exchange, although I really do not know how this works, what I do know and consider very important is that the classes on this, for me, must be totally face-to-face, since it is very difficult for me to concentrate at home, since personally I do not have my own study place and with any noise I lose focus. I would also like to do a doctorate

 I would like to work in a high quality food company, first because I think it is important to give the best possible product to the consumer, I would like to work in the development of new products or in quality control, I imagine it very challenging and somewhat futuristic since I believe that new ways of producing food can be created and that are environmentally friendly, that would be the maximum, This work cannot be carried out outdoors since it is necessary to comply with food safety.  I would LOVE to be able to travel around the world and continue doing my job, I think it would be a dream that a new product reaches all parts of the world, because there is something better than traveling and seeing new places and doing what you like? I do not think so . Regarding salary, I don't think I can say much yet, obviously I hope it is something in line with what is expected of a food engineer, but I could not give an exact figure since the value of money changes over time hahaha.  As

My favorite food is what my mom makes, and I don't say it because she's my mom, she really cooks delicious and everyone says so. My favorite dish since I was little is called Italian squash with rice and fries . Its preparation is as follows, first you have to chop the onion into small cubes and put it to cook with a little water then, when the onion is not yet fully cooked, add the ground meat and seasonings to taste, after this we add the Italian squash peeled and cut into cubes to finally add a little more water, not too much. On the other hand you have to soak bread in the milk, we will add this when the zucchini are already cooked, in addition to this we will add cheese, butter and an egg, then you just have to revolver strong and it's ready, rice and French fries are prepared in the normal way so no need to explain.  It really is delicious and it is my favorite dish of all my life, I like it a lot because I feel that combining the Italian squash with the rice produces

 If you ask me to think of something shameful, without a doubt I think of all the times that I have fallen in public, one after another come to my mind. the one I remember the most was when I was in 5th grade, had moved on to the morning session with the "big" school courses, as I was still little to go to school alone, I went with my older sister by bus.  One of the many mornings in which we went to school, late as always, I remember that we got off the bus in a hurry, we were walking to cross the street when from one moment to another I felt myself flying through the air and fall as if I performed the best of the nailed in the middle of the whole street. It turns out that the edge of the street was smashed and full of stones, as I was in a hurry, I did not notice this and passed as if there was nothing. The worst of this was not falling in the middle of the street with all the cars there, but behind us came friends and colleagues of my sister who clearly after asking if I w

 My favorite holihays they were in feburary 2018, I traveled whit my whole family to the south of Chile, although my sister couldn't go this time for work so i guess its no my whole family in this trip however it was my cousins, uncles, grandmother and obviously my parents and my litlle brother. This trip lasted two weeks and I visited many places, the most beautiful for me was Valdivia and obvious the beautiful landscapes of almost all the south, we went to the hot springs, to the lake, to take boat rides in addition to going to eat very rich and visit the most important places of each place we went, a place that I remember visiting was the "Fuerte Niebla" the views in this place are really beautiful, the sea looks amazing and imposing.  An anecdote that happened on a visit to "Huilo Huilo" was that when we were ready to return my dad waited outside the car alone with the trunk open, when I approach him, I put my things away and closed it.
